Policies and Procedures

REGULAR APPOINTMENTS: Standard exams typically take 30-60 minutes. We service patients with emergencies on a first-come, first-serve basis. We request that you call our office as early in the day as possible to ensure we can fit you into our schedule. We find great importance in being timely for our patients, and we hope that you will extend the same courtesy to us.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: Office hours are by appointment only. We encourage you to call ahead to schedule your appointment as we do not see walk-in patients. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call our office within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule, so that we may schedule another patient in your time slot. If you fail to do so, you will be charged a non-refundable $50 broken appointment fee.

COST: The cost of a patient’s treatment may vary depending on the patient’s particular circumstance. We discuss fees and payment options with you prior to the beginning of treatment. We also accept most insurance plans and are able to file necessary paperwork with your insurance company.
